What are the top Midtown restaurants based on online reviews?

max powerThe Sacramento Business Journal just released a piece that uses online sites Yelp, Urbanspoon and TripAdvisor to compile a list of the top Midtown restaurants. Anybody that uses Yelp, in particular, won’t be surprised at some of the names at the top of this list, and as lists go this one doesn’t stray too far away from the typical best-of lists you see in various publications.

As intimated by SBJ, online sites tend to skew toward value versus overall quality, so a cheaper eatery will get away with a lower quality of food and still get a high online rating because of the price or overall experience.

Then of course there are the conspiracy theories about sites like Yelp, but we’ll save that topic for another day. Here is the list in all of its glory:
