Let’s work out your heart AND soul!

By Kristin Walton, SacMidtown.com

Today I was out to breakfast with a few friends from highschool and we were doing the old “remember when” conversation when one of the girls (and one of my boot camp clients who totally kicks butt!) pointed out how much we used to donate to local charities around town. Since our beloved Loretto closed we’ve been a little out of touch with donations and stuff like that.

So I had a thought…

Let me do what I do best for a good cause! Please come join us April 28th at 1920 T street from either 6-7am or 7-8am for a CHARITY BOOT CAMP! All proceeds will be donated to Mustard Seed School and Mary House which is a branch of Loaves and Fishes>

What to bring: 12 dollars for the class fee (donated to Mustard Seed) and a donation of diapers (size 5 or 6), razors, shampoo, or school supplies. Any other donation ideas can be found at the Loaves and Fishes website.  if you won’t be able to make it, you can still donate via Paypal. Visit my website: trainerkristin.com for any more details or the link to paypal. Hope you can make it!
